Avoid this company for your Grand Junction title needs. I’ve worked with multiple title companies over the past 20+ years and have never encountered such unprofessional service. They were completely unprepared for the closing—arriving over 30 minutes late, asking the realtor to make copies, and failing to have the commission check ready. The closer also mentioned being in a hurry for another closing, which only added to the frustration. To make matters worse, a title form was missing at closing. She promised to assist later, but after multiple messages the following week, I never received a response. I ultimately had to go to ANOTHER title company to complete the form correctly, which increased my overall closing costs. An extremely disappointing experience—would definitely not recommend!
