Rob got us into our 1st home a few years back and it was a fast seamless process. When we had an addition to the family and needed more space Rob had our house under contact in 2 days and at asking price!!!! We needed to get into our 2nd home very quickly so our daughter could start at her new school on the 1st day and Rob and his team delivered again!! Thanks Rob you have made this family happy so many times. I would call Rob as soon as you are thinking of buying or selling a home, he gets the job done!

Their knowledge of real estate transactions was superb which made the process very easy for me. They knew the ins / outs and dynamics of all the neighborhoods in the Capital District which helped me find the right home. They are true professionals.

In all my years of dealing with real estate and real estate agents, this group definitely is the absolute worst. Repetitive phone calls and messages have been left and not once has the Office returned a call. The only contact was with one of the agents Kirstin, who I was able to get through on her cell phone. An appointment was made to view a property and she never showed or had the decency to contact me. Repetitive calls to the office and her cell phone were never returned. In my experience, I would strongly suggest using any other real estate agency. Absolutely unprofessional.

Been over a month owning our new home and Capital region real estate group was the listing agent for the previous owner and despite several attempts to reach them their sign and luck box is still here.
