Living at a Capital Property has been a wonderful experience so far! I have had clear and fast communication from my property agents, manager, and technicians who have come to remedy small issues. Bil came today to help me with some hard to close cabinets and windows, was super friendly and helpful and quick to solve the issues. We were able to leave for him to take care of the issues while we ran errands knowing that the apartment was in good hands to be repaired. Thanks Bil!

This review is for Chris, who helps with maintenance issues on site at Capital properties. I had an issue with a few electrical outlets in my apartment and Chris was extremely helpful and communicative during the process of repairing them. He texted prior to his arrival which was great as a person with a pet, and he also went above and beyond to repair another small issue with my cabinet door and to pick up additional supplies to resolve my electrical issue as quickly as possible. He was great to work with and I appreciated how promptly my issue was resolved.

Chris responded to my maintenance request today only hours after I sent in the request, and I was impressed with his speed, thoroughness, and communication. He fixed the issues that I requested as well as checked on and replaced my old smoke detectors. He was also super friendly. Appreciate Chris and Capital Property.

This is a review for Chris from the Maintenance team. Our heat went out after hours on a Friday night and Chris was at our apartment 20 minutes after I spoke with him about the issue. Turns out our pilot light went out. He fixed it quick and showed us what we can do to relight it if it happens again. We're grateful for the quick action to keep us warm!
