Great atmosphere. Modern ATM machines with adjustable bill denominations. Elegant inside café with Capital One branded table games. I wish there were more locations in the valley!

Joined a checking account with the hopes of getting 300 USD in bonus. Turns out this has to be from an employer and can’t be from myself. They did not state this, do not join up to the account in the hopes of gaining this as it has to be from an employer not yourself. This is a scam and a con. I will be trying to get this free money again, let’s see if it works!!! Best wishes, AK

Poor customer service! Unwillingness to help the consumer when needed. I will be closing this credit card and letting everyone know never use this company for anything!

I paid off my entire balance with capitol one. I asked the CSR what do I owe for the interest included. He gave me a price. I paid the entire bill. The next month I got a notification from Capital One saying I overpaid them and that I would be receiving a check for $89.00. I thought great. I wait and no check, so I called them and the said . Ma’am you will get a refund of $4.00 dollars. I said what happened to the $89.00 that you told me in the letter. They said because we received your payment, and did not receive it closed to the billing day, granted I paid this off early. It accumulated interest. I said but I asked the CSR rep and he said that included my interest. I got upset and say I will never do business with capital one again. And turn them into the BBB. Everyone send
