Capital Home Builders

Capital Home Builders has been building a new home for us, and my wife and I are being kept informed with progress reports from them. We were impressed with the build quality of their model homes and other homes we looked at that are Capital Homes builds. Our realtor Erin Hill has been wonderful about getting us regular photos of the construction being done. Dealing with Dwight Fleming of Capital Builders was very easy as he really knows his way around the building business. He helped us customize our home and make it truly ours. It's been a trouble free process so far, and we can't wait to move in!

It has been my experience that the value of a company is not in what they do but in the people they have that do it....and Capital Home Builders truly exceeds in having the best. When my husband and I decided to relocate back to South Carolina, we were immediately impressed by both the professionalism of everyone at Capital who truly listened to both our questions and concerns and no matter how small the subject matter, they treated it as their top priority and took action to "make things right". The Capital Home Builders process (we really liked the Co-Construct project management system) is one that we have not experienced previously and despite our initial reservations about your process, we have come to be a big promoter of Capital Home Builders and your business model. We had a great build experience with Capital Homes in 2024. Their process is well defined and following it was easy. Details are clearly explained. Many of the items that would be "extras" with other builders are included in the base build. Those that aren't are clearly listed on a check list for you to add as you work on your contract with them and/or as you make your selections with their designer in their design room. Interaction with staff was professional and responsive.

Our experience with Dwight and the staff at Capitol Home Builders has been very pleasant and satisfying. Their dealings with us have been very professional and personal. We chose a lot that we thought would fit us and Dwight walked it off with us to confirm that. He and his staff were very patient and kind while going over what is standard in the home and what is an upgrade making sure we understood and were satisfied. We chose the Tea Olive model and had many selections to choose from for the interior decor. We are out of state but feel totally confident in Capitol Home Builders building our new home.
