She answered all of my questions, was very responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent experience with the move-in and leasing process. My scheduled move-in date was changed four separate times, and although I was told that delaying would cause me to lose current specials, the unit was still not ready at all during the walk-through. There were issues such as exposed wiring and a door that did not lock—both of which are basic safety concerns. When I asked whether I was expected to sign a lease under those conditions, I was told, “You don’t have to.” While Emily was wonderful to work with, my interaction with the other representative felt unnecessarily combative. Overall, the situation was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a professional leasing experience. I escaped what would’ve been a scary living situation

Emily was amazing. She quickly located a unit that was exactly what I was looking for and made the process easy with a great attitude the entire time compared to other properties I toured. I have peace of mind with her team managing the property. Nice pool and clean property.
