Capital Crest at Godley Station

Victoria, Jay, Mel, Jauquira they have been amazing. Like any other residents of course we’re going to have some highs and lows but the lows Never came from the team at Capital Crest. But any Lowe’s that we hit we made them aware and it was fixed within 1 to 2 days. Especially appreciate Jay for being a one man Maintenance genius! Thank you for taking care of us when we didn’t even expect you to show up so quickly. Victoria, you are always in a good mood and always eager to chat. It was good being neighbors for a time but thank you very much for taking care of us whenever we needed anything or had questions. This shelter was perfect for what was needed at the time and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here.

I had the pleasure of living here from March of 2024 until June of 2025. I can only give the very highest marks to this entire community. All of my neighbors were extremely friendly, polite, and considerate. The gym and the pool were always kept spotless, and I always looked forward to my workouts and "sun time" around the pool. The layout of the community is exceptional, and picking up mail and packages in the package room was always a "breeze". Capitol Crest is situated in the most convenient location, right next to a plethora of shopping and restaurants, as well as quick access to I-95. The local golf course is about two miles away. Most importantly, the entire staff is absolutely wonderful. Victoria was first to show me my apartment, and she was a remarkable resource from the first day

I lived here for about one year. After moving out, management attempted to charge me for replacing the entire carpet despite only normal wear and tear. After all charges were paid, I continued to receive monthly balance reminder emails for three months. I emailed the apartment manager three times but received no response. About seven months later, a third-party collection agency called claiming I owed a balance. The issue was later forwarded to an assistant manager, who resolved it within four days and confirmed it was an error. This should never have escalated to billing reminders and collections. Future tenants should keep detailed records.

Great place to live. The staff is awesome. Very friendly and welcoming! My review is mainly for the maintenance guy. Jay is absolutely the best. Any issues you have will be fixed that day. He’s fast kind and always smiling. Great person!

Never will I not give this place 5 stars. I reside here currently. I have been here for 1 year and 3 months and I have nothing but good things to say about this community! The maintenance crew is amazing, I’ve had a few small issues, all fixed the very next day. The office girls are great. I’ve dealt with Victoria from the very beginning of my time here at Capital Crest and she has been nothing but helpful to answer all questions/concerns I’ve had. If you’re looking for your next move this is it! A great community/great people and staff come along with it!
