Capital City Home Loans hustle to get your business, making you feel like they care about you as an individual. The moment you become a customer, you become a statistic. My mortgage broker told me upon our closing "If you ever need anything at all, don't hesitate to contact me. I'm here to help you." And when I reached out to him for assistance, he told me he couldn't help me and I'd have to call customer service. Customer service was unhelpful and unfriendly. I would not use CCHL again, nor would I recommend them.

Constantly not receiving my mortgage statement. I have to call them almost every month. It's like their trying to make me miss a payment.

Get out while you can. They will stick you with exorbitant fees at the last hour right before closing.
