The property manger was the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. She was so robotic and strange. Would ask my neighbors to check their cameras trying to get me in trouble. There is no parking, no security, and no accountability when anything goes wrong. They try to make you believe you are the reason things are falling about. But they have cheaply patched over things for years this place is falling about at the sems. If you choose to live on 5th Ave bring tools and patience. The neighborhood has gone downhill just like this complex. Love the people but not the management.

They have terrible customer service. They don’t respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. You literally have to hound them to get anything done. I’ve had multiple issues with my place, including power outages, hot water heater dysfunction, leaking under my sink. The people who answer the phone are rude and just don’t follow up with anything. Don’t live at any of their properties.

Mold, mushrooms growing out of our ceiling and wall! The place has flooded twice, and all they ever do is repaint. Nothing is ever fixed or they charge us for someone to come. My family is in Mission Bay location. Currently looking to move asap.

I live at 4324 mission bay drive and have enjoyed five years at this location. Capital Asset management has been great especially when you have issues related to the apartment.

This place is terrible, worst customer service. I dont think we've ever lived somewhere with this many problems. We're so glad to be out of this place, they never fix stuff, they never respond to requests. Its not worth the price you pay.
