The property manager, Maria, has been nothing short of exceptional. She is professional, organized, and incredibly responsive—any time I’ve had a question or concern, she handled it quickly and with care. What really sets Maria apart is her genuine dedication to the people who live here. She’s patient, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Her communication is clear, her follow-through is consistent, and you can truly feel that she cares about creating a positive living experience for everyone. Maria has made living here so much easier and more enjoyable, and I’m truly grateful for all she does. She is an amazing property manager and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I wanted to write a review of my experience but I notice there been a sudden influx of positive reviews but please people BE WARNED. DO NOT BE FOOLED BEFORE YOU SIGN THE LEASE. the office is unhelpful and RUDE. Will give you the run around. there’s cockroaches infested everywhere. No matter how clean you keep it there’s giant cockroaches around and will slip through your porch or window. MOLD and garbage around the entire community. Especially on the weekends the garbage compactor gets overflowed and all over the entrance. There’s broken beer bottles and glass all around the place. Maintenance is unprofessional and slow. They came to fix something and i had to call and wait all week for them to come fix it one more time because they didn’t do it right. It’s a headache. and be warned if you

If you could give negative stars this would be the place. I was set to move in and as soon as I walk into the apartment I’m greeted with dead cockroaches all the carpet. Thought that would be worst however after further inspection they are all over the cabinets sinks and even the refrigerator! No one cared to look at the unit before giving me the keys. I expressed my concerns that this is an inhibitable space especially for my 10 month old son. I decided to not move in and never used the space and now I’m being told that all the money I paid is non refundable even though I never spend a day in the cockroach infested apartment. Clear health violations and just stealing people’s money. Please avoid this place at all cost if you care about your health and if you wanted to be treated with resp

Did not appreciate my experience. Their communication is horrible and I had to drive 45 minutes just to ask a question. I paid my risk fee and was told it would be 2 weeks but the apartment was ready. When I showed up the assistant manager had an attitude and threatened to kick me out. They also wanted to give me mic match appliances and declined changing them because they worked. For these reasons I will no longer be moving here.

Maria made the process very easy every step of the way. And whenever I had any issues she was fast to correct it.
