I had the pleasure offering an all afternoon training in Social Media for Commercial and Residential Realtors for WRAR and look forward to coming back. The room was excellent that I trained in with a great team making sure it was set up correctly. If you have not been to the facility you need to stop in. Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS® is a non-profit 501 clearly always looking for new ways to help their members keep a competitive advantage and I was glad to do my part. Thanks to all that worked hard to put on this event and look forward to staying in touch.

The Cape Fear Board Of REALTORS® is defined as the best in the Wilmington, Nc area. They have a beautiful modern building with admin office on the first floor and a huge meeting/ballroom on the second floor with full kitchen and room for over 200 in seats. A perfect place to learn, discuss and have fun. ONE of my favorite associations in the USA I have come across in the last 30 years. Our Realty ONE Group brokerage has received nothing but great help from everyONE in the Association.

Board is run great and staff iis knowledge and friendly but I wish they would take American Express for dues.

Great organization that promotes the health and wealth of Wilmington and it citizens with Realtors that are committed to high standards and helping people achieve their dreams through Real Estate

I've been licensed in four jurisdictions and this is, by far, the best managed Association of which I've been a member.
