Got a new home inspection with a sewer scope. Helen was friendly and very knowledgeable. She was very through and if she saw things she took the time to tell us what was more concerning vs a simple fix we could do ourselves. The inspection report came in quickly after the inspection was done, it was really well put together and the online portal had a nice informational on how to read an inspection report. Scheduling was easy, the online portal was great to use, and they had a good amount of availability to choose for inspection date. I would recommend and use Cap City property inspections again

Jeff was amazing. He was on time to the inspection. He arrived professionally dressed in his company logo uniform. He placed booties on his work boots before walking around the house. He came fully equipped with necessary items to preform the inspection. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I was very comfortable around him. He seemed very knowledgeable.
