Canyon Villas Apartments

My family and I recently moved into Canyon Villas, and I honestly could not be happier with our experience so far. From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially Zoe and Monica—treated us with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. We are new to the United States and still adjusting to life here, and their support has made a tremendous difference. When we had unexpected difficulties setting up our utilities, Zoe went above and beyond to help us. She spent a lot of time calling Southwest Gas, guiding us through the process, and checking in on us afterward. As parents with two children, this meant more than we can express. I'll be finishing out my lease here at Canyon Villas Apartments this month as I'll be moving to another state. If I could take this apartment complex with the staff with me I would. I had a great experience here. Zoe and Monica (and everybody else I've talked with) in the front office are extremely kind and helpful and made my experience here very positive. Maintenance requests are very quick and all of the maintenance staff are very friendly and always wave whenever they see you. I purposefully waited until the end of my lease to write a review to make sure that I got a full picture of the complex before writing a review. Posting this review specially for Zoe at Canyon Villas. We moved from another state and were looking for a decent place asap. Unfortunately we were unable to find an apartment in Canyon villas as the moving date there was pretty late for us. We’re new here and needed something sooner. Zoe connected us to other leading offices promptly. She linked us with right people at right time and even followed up if we had any queries. Thanks for all the efforts girl!!

I’ve lived at Canyon Villas for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management and staff here truly go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and at home. Any time I’ve had a question or maintenance request, the team has responded quickly and professionally — usually resolving things the same day! Dylan, Devin and Geoffrey are amazing. The property is always well-maintained, clean, and beautifully landscaped. The leasing office staff Zoe, Monica and Keeana are friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about the community. We had no appointment as we were greeted by Monica. She was the best, knowledgeable, nice and she answered all of our many questions with a smile. Our tour included several apartments as well as all the amenities. The apartments are very nice and Monica was even better. She followed up with me several times as I had informed her I was still looking at apts. Ultimately I decided to stay close to where I'm used to. I will definitely recommend Canyon Villas and Monica to family and friends. Thanks again for the wonderful tour!!
