The facilities are awful, the rent is high, and the management is incompetent. During our lease, they towed my car from their lot while it was on the safe list, wanted to not repair our leaky roof before projected 4 day storm and the repair from start to finish took weeks, and ignored several requests for new mail box keys. They haven't reached out about our security deposit either. In fact, they stopped replying to emails as soon as we put in our 30 day notice. So glad to be out of there. Update: they never reached out about our security deposit, which is illegal. The manager response below is exactly what our experience was while living with them, lip service with no action. Don't rent here.

Horrible place. Management SUCKS. Getting ANYTHING fixed is a hassle. They never respond to emails, they never show up when they say they are going to, managers enter unit without notice (MANAGERS not maintenance.) tells us to take decorations down and we can’t have anything hanging/on patio but there’s multiple people in the front NEAR THE OFFICE that have decorations and things on their patios. Very one sided and also horrible at communication.

The service is great in this complex, especially the quick response to any repair you need at home. Recently, they have painted the complex and paved the internal streets, and they have workers and cleaners for the public gardens and the barbecue. The fitness room is also very cleanThe laundry room works on the app with your Visa card and it is wonderful and it works for washing and drying clothes very wonderful, although they have launched a campaign to remove cockroaches from the apartments, but there is no end to it. There is no central cooling other than The air conditioning is loud and cool. Only the hall, not the bedrooms. The staff tries hard to make you happy.

Just want to start off stating we almost didnt move here because of bad reviews. Yes the no central a/c is an issue. In the 2 bedrooms I personally need to use a portable ac unit because it gets hot back there. If you plan on living comfortably your electric bill will be more exspensive. Yes you can always open all the windows because it is a pretty quiet complex. Also it is a older complex so the issues I have with the complex aren't a surprise. The major complaint I have is people not picking up after there dogs. Parking is fine. People are friendly. Staff is great. I have no issue with bugs which is nice. Some spiders but nothing crazy and I hate spiders. Just to reiterate dont make your decision based on all the bad reviews. I hope this was helpful.

EDIT: This is from 2014 and probably not representing the current state of things. PROS - Great rate considering the area - probably best in the area. Management is friendly, helpful and personable. Problems are handled quickly Service men are polite quick and keep things clean. Facilities on site are well maintained and worth using Upkeep on landscape and building is frequent and pleasant Don't pay for Gas Pet friendly CONS - Layout of space/apartments fosters bad neighbors to be very annoying (chose location carefully) No Central AC and wall ac unit is energy hog for its capacity Hard Water Cheap apartments mean cheap amenities OVERALL - AMAZING for budget conscience or starter apartments (like us).
