Canyon Ridge Apartments

THIS PLACE IS DESPICABLE. They let evicted drug addicts live on property still, didn't fix my AC properly so my APS bill has been outrageous all summer, along with my family having breathing issues now because of this negligence. Oh yeah, and maintenance doesn't speak any English. Nor are they anywhere near qualified to do HVAC or anything really for that matter. I have emails and reports as proof of this happening. This is NOT a safe neighborhood and I have proof of that also. Please please please take your money elsewhere! I'm not renewing my lease by the way, so no I'm not an evicted tenant. I exercised my tenant rights and was retaliated against for it. Just disgusting. Bring back the original maintenance man and Rachel. Looks to me like there's a good reason they left!!

Let me tell you this Ladies are amazing!!! I have been struggling trying to find an apartment in Arizona( yes there are 1,000s) but you have to fit a certain criteria. I don't have the best credit score but pay bills on time. And take very good care of my home! And after endless searching and deposit fees for applications. They worked with with me and my mom (a live in aide) . I'll never let that go unnotice, I appreciate everything you did and had to do to get me an apartment. Thank you!! And apartment is nice clean spacious over others I have visited. Can't wait to live in❤️

Cassie (Manager), Beatriz (Assistant Manager) are very professional and knowledgeable providing excellent customer service at their amazing community!! They provide complete and informative tours of the amazing property and units!! They have great prices and is a beautiful well-kept property in a convenient location! They are truly a blessing!! Front office staff is very professional, and considerate. Maintenance is quick to respond to request. We've been here since Sept 2025 I look forward to updating my post with their great service.

Such wonderful, delightful staff. Mrs. Cassie was so understanding and generous. She's so patient and kind. You rarely find people that have those qualities. If you visit or looking for a place to call home, definitely see her. Thank you , so much Mrs. Cassie!
