Quiet, spacious, washer/dryer in unit, and a personal garage. Great Vibe here, as Canyon Ridge Apartments is a family-owned apartment building and every apartment has space and the layout is not cookie cutter. Vanessa is a great, attentive property manager and Federico and his maintenance crew are on the spot to get things fixed when necessary. The affordable monthly rental price makes these apartments an incredible bang for the buck in California. The neighborhood is chill and the Canyon Crest Center is right across the street with cool restaurants and the coolest Ralph's supermarket. 5 Stars all the way!
Poorly maintained. Cold water and termites.
