Canyon Resort at Great Hills Apartments

Just moved here few days ago and overall very great experience. The area is really nice with trees and walking trails. The management team is amazing and super nice, responsive to all of my questions. a few things for further development The apartment doesn’t offer microwave interior so keep in mind when you move in if microwave is a must for you . (Maybe the management team can consider to equip it later on) Since there’s a lot of trees in the area, they come to cut down the trees occasionally in the day time (which sometimes a bit noisy if you need a complete quiet space to wfh) but the management team said this only once in a while so let see Other than that so far I really enjoy it here so this place deserves 5/5 review

I lived here for 2 years and I can truly say this was the best place I’ve ever lived, even compared to houses I’ve lived in, and I was so sad to move out. I had to move states for work but if I ever find myself needing to live in Austin again I know exactly where I’ll go. I loved being able to sit on my large private balcony every day with my dog & just enjoy the fresh air, sounds of the creek, beautiful views, and see deer and wildlife running around below me and also really loved that there were walking trails on property so I could get some good hiking in outdoors without needing to drive somewhere. The staff were SO kind to me and so helpful with any questions I had and so fast with maintenance the few times I needed them. Truly the most perfect place to live if you’re a nature love

I have lived at Canyon Resort for going on 3 years now. First in a 1bdr, now in a 2bdr, and we are upgrading to a 3 bedroom soon! I have lived in several apartments across the Austin area. This one is by far my best experience. One thing that stands out about this complex is that it isn't a cookie cutter apartment like the ones you see all around Austin that feel more like a hotel than a home. It is tucked away in the hills surrounded by nature and wildlife. The location is perfect. It is 10 minutes from the domain and less than 20 minutes from down town. My biggest compliment to this complex is the maintenance crew. These guys work around the clock. I have never submitted a maintenance request that wasn't taken care of the same day. From the time that I walked into their office I was greeted very warmly and was offered coffee or water. I found the stock to be very polite and informed and dealt with me in a very professional manner with no pressure or sales pitch. They just simply answered my questions and I appreciated that and then they proceeded to introduce themselves laid out my options then we went to see the units that they had available. I did not feel rushed. Go press it in any way. I left there. Have you signed the lease? And as I got to know the start to include the maintenance stock, things have not changed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love living here! After more than 5 years, I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The amenities are fantastic, the grounds are always beautifully maintained, and the entire staff makes this community feel like home. Olivia goes above and beyond every single day—her professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service never miss a beat. Greg is always quick with solutions and makes sure residents feel taken care of. And Access, as the property manager, does an incredible job leading the team, constantly improving and evolving the property to keep it one of Austin’s best apartment communities. Living here has been such an amazing experience for me and my neighbors. Huge shout-out to the entire crew—you all make this place truly special!
