The management is truly outstanding here at Canyon Point! I love the sense of community and honest care I feel living here. Courtney and Cynthia are genuinely the friendliest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and they are always quick to help however they can. Quick shoutout to the workers who made sure my fiancee and I’s place was all set! Highly recommend!

My package was accidentally delivered to the wrong complex, and Cynthia at Canyon Point Apartments went above and beyond to help me recover it. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the situation. If I weren’t already in a lease elsewhere, I’d definitely consider living here — this is exactly how customer service should be! Highly recommend this complex ! Thank you again 🙏

The women’s at the front named Cynthia is so rude and unprofessional and borderline line racist. I saw this women of white skin come in before me to get a package received bc she had accidentally sent it to this property which was her old address. Cynthia helped so much and went above and beyond for this women(white) but when it was my turn (colored) she was so rude and told me they can’t help past tenants when I just saw her help someone else. Do not live here if your a person of color if Cynthia is still employed

I loved my experience with the leasing agents at Canyon Point. This was my first apartment and they helped me with so much, gave me information when i asked, and made the process for my first rental experience amazing. Cynthia, the maintenance team, and whole leasing office are all amazing.
