Don’t rent from these people. Jenifer the lady in the office will take your money order and cash it for herself and pocket it. Went $6k in the whole for a small mold infested so called apartment. None of the maintenance people know what they are doing an only 2 of them know English otherwise it’s Spanish. Had 2 family members with kids a new borne get sick do to the living conditions and they will give everyone a different price for rent when they come in. My sister in law paid 1,000 a month mean while my brother in law had to pay 1,200 a month. They say they have renters insurance that’s included in rent but almost lost a PlayStation cause of a blackout because they have not just mold and water issues but electrical problems too. So my ex wife lives here with my 7 year old son. She was held up at gun point a little over a week ago. She reached out to the office right away to see about breaking her lease so she can move with me and be in a safer place. I had gone up to the office numerous times but unfortunately they wouldn’t even speak to me. My ex wife works at a hospital so her hours are unpredictable and when she called they refused to speak to her. She took 2 days off early and the office was closed 2-3 hours before they were supposed to closed. My ex wife was so scared she was just trying to get out of the situation and over to my house. I wouldn't recommend anybody to rent from here. I currently live at this property, been here almost 2yrs. The new management cares more about how the outside of the property looks then fixing the apartments themselves. I found a body in the pool over the summer last year and they still haven't drained the pool or cleaned it since that day. It has constant traffic of people who do pills and squatters in empty apartments. The front office manager Bobby is rude. This place doesn't care about their tenants at all. The apartments have mold in the walls. Plumbing is always messed up. Don't rent from here.

My uncle got murdered here. It’s a horrible spot. Do not go here.

Stay to yourself & you will have no problems. I have lived here for over 8 years. Plan on staying even longer. I have never had problems with management. They always compliment my apartment & thank me.
