Canyon Oaks Apartments

We recently moved into Canyon Oaks and have been very impressed with the level of care and communication that we have received from the front office so far. Our moving situation was a bit unique and Mason, in particular, was very patient and kind to us throughout the process. He helped us move in with ease and even called to check in on how we were settling in a week after move-in. Additionally, the breaker in our bathroom had tripped and maintenance came in very quickly to fix it. The complex is clean and overall very peaceful. We’re very happy here!

My husband and I have been living in the Canyon Oaks Apartments since June 2023 and have absolutely zero plans of moving anytime soon. The team here is absolutely incredible. Yes, there have been some management changes, but I have always felt taken care of as a resident, and everyone has been incredible to work with! Quick shout out to Destiny in the main office - she is a hoot! I love getting to chat with her, and she is super helpful in regard to all things involving the property. Speaking of the property, talk about a beautiful and peaceful place to live! There are a lot of dogs that live on the property, but we have never had a bad experience with any of them being too loud or anything like that. I agree with most of the reviews. The apartment is in a really nice location in a good neighborhood by a golf course. However, there are multiple units where more than 2-3 adults are occupying a one-bedroom unit. Those people also leave the pool door propped open for their friends to come when you are only allowed 1 guest per person in household. This makes the door sensor go off all night long. The maintenance crew always park their golf carts in residence parking lots. The management leave early. The gym is definitely not up to a luxury apartment amenity standard. They have a program where if you don’t pick up after your dog, they have the “dna” test to see and fines them, but I still see people not picking up after their dog in the complex. i lived here for 3 years.They never clean the trash.You can see the first two pics are over a month a part. Over 3 years there has been a new manager every couple months. They all are rude as the message below me states.. You see all the dog POOP on top of the trash. Do you have any idea how that smells on hot day? or after a big rain. The maintenance guy is the maintenance guy. Very creepy and rude. He also lies and has a horrible attitude. They let people live there for 3 months and will have 7 to 8 grown men with no kids or women living together in a 1 bedroom. I can hear the people above me and below flush their toilet, open up a door plain out right if they fart loud enough i have heard it.There is alot of extra fees here. They charge u 120 a month for trash and water on top of rent a

I was so happy here! Though I was only there for less than a year because I returned to live in Hawaii, it was so peaceful. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Everything is new and clean. The garage was private. The office staff and maintenance team were always wonderful to work with. I loved opening my windows and hearing the birds or nature sounds. I would walk several times a week in the surrounding neighborhood, which was so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you to Elizabeth and her entire team for making me feel so at home, peaceful and comfortable, especially at a time when I needed it the most.
