The manager Angelica here is great! Thank you for working so hard to get the pool open for the residents here that have been anxiously awaiting! Maintenance works hard to keep the grounds clean and our homes maintained!

After living here for about 5 months I now have an honest review…. These apartments suck!!! They charge you for valet trash the very rarely gets picked up. Your fighting for you life just to have water let alone hot water because the water pressure is constantly low or their one boiler for the entire apartment is not working. Little things in the apartment doesn’t work. My freezer doesn’t freeze anything. I understand that some months are more expensive than others but honestly how is my rent supposed to “$701” but there’s months where I have to pay over a thousand dollars? Again I get things fluctuates but we were specifically told it wouldn’t go above that. One of my cars were towed by error because one of the agents added “one” of my cars and not both. Hopefully getting accepted soon kinda worried with all these reviews making it seem like a shit show but I wanna hopefully have a good experience here I’m a first time renter and will update if I’m accepted it’s been a week already and no response.. UPDATE: i now live here and i had no problems moving in i actually wanna thank Chance and Melanie for getting me into this apartment. They made it easy for a first time renter it was clean and ready for me to move into. i like the parking never really to full. They got cops always on patrol [which i like]. The apartment complex itself is also clean and chill. My neighbors are chill/not noisy. i got everything i want from these apartments. i would recommend living here.

DO NOT RENT HERE. This company and complex is a joke. The worst complex I have ever lived in. My apartment was dirty the day I moved in and I should have left then. Nothing ever gets fixed on time. The office staff changes so often and none of them care about the residents. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The pest control is a joke and valet trash is a mandatory fee monthly but they don’t even come every night they are scheduled. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can leave. I am very vocal with my concerns and even have spoken to the regional who doesn’t care either. I went without a working kitchen sink for 1 month and was only fixed when I threatened to call the city. Also rent is always higher every month. I have lived here 8 months and it has gone up EVERY month. Please find a better place

From the moment we moved Into the moment we moved out it has been nothing but problems. The day of moving they switched the apartment we were supposed to be moving into after we had electric electricity, Wi-Fi, and mail going to that address and apartment. Then told us the amount to get for a money Order and then after we got it told us we overpaid by $200 and that they would just put that towards our next month’s rent. When next month Rent came around they told us all of a sudden that we didn’t pay our pet deposit or pet fee one of the two, and that they just put the $200 towards that. The people in the office do not answer until the eighth call in a row, they had roaches in the apartment and we had Put in a report to have someone come out to get rid of them and they just put a paste in t
