Canyon Crest Luxury Apartments

First off, shout out to Sylvia, Kevin, and Robert. Had an okay/good experience with the last team, but this team made it even better. Really did not like apartment living before moving here. But I learned it’s not bad at all if you choose wisely. They really stepped it up in the work order department, Loved the last guy, but I think he was overwhelmed. I’ve been here about 3 years, and I don’t regret moving here. Actually, glad we chose these apartments. The landscape is always maintained, people don’t hang out or speed in the parking lot, And they actually clean up after their pets. Yet to see anything left behind. If you’re considering these apartments, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ll be moving in this weekend, and my experience so far has been absolutely amazing! The entire team has been incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process, especially when it came to navigating difficulties, corrections, and questions along the way. A huge shout-out to **Sylvia and Steven** for their outstanding support, patience, and responsiveness—they truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. I already feel so welcomed and am genuinely excited to move in and finally come home!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve lived at . friendly tenants , beautiful spacious new units, and staff members are on top of responsibilities. What’s keeping me from giving it a 5/5 is some of the tenants do not pick up after their dogs leaving alot of poop for maintenance team to clean up (even though it’s not their responsibility) and the phone reception is pretty bad but if you have good WiFi it’ll make up for it.

I've been a resident of this community for some time now, and I really like. The environment is peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly. Silvia and Steven, who both work in the office, are fantastic and always ready to help in any way they can. I recommend living here.

We’ve lived here for 6 years and at first everything was great but in the last couple of years all they care about is how much money they can take out of you! First we were offered to renew our contract with a 10% increase monthly and when we needed some appliance repair they would always change it for something older than what we had.Parking was always a nightmare and after they started to charge extra fees for “reserved” parking spots it got even worse. After 6 years living here and after leaving the apartment in great condition they did not gave us our deposit back and still charged us $400.00 after we moved out!! NEVER AGAIN
