Do not trust any of the management!! They’ve had 3 different property managers in 2.5 years. They do not abide by mediation agreements and getting maintenance to properly fix issues is a joke!! The unit we just moved out of has a mold issue in the upstairs bathroom and all that was done was they caulked around the tub when the walls need to be replaced. I told them for over 3 years there’s a leak but was just blown off. Many other neighbors are dissatisfied too but since it’s so cheap people stay… remember they’re cheap for a reason…

HORRIBLE property management! My neighbors who I shared a wall with had a mold issue that was never fixed and now I’m having a mold Issue they are trying to cover up that is not in compliance with housing laws. They will simply patch and re-rent until the next person has a problem. I have nothing but bad things about property management since I’ve gotten here and have experienced nothing but horrible things with them. You cannot get a hold of anybody when you need to. Did not care about you at all! 💯 Definitely rent somewhere else! Also, these structures are old… You were going to run into a problem sooner or later.. And it won’t be handled the way it should be. Not worth it!

The maintenance person here, Zach Zarlengo is awesome and does such an amazing job with passion. He fixed our clogged sink, our bathtub and so much more as soon as he was told to come. He cared for his residents and the complexes.

I lived here for over 5 years and the management has always been terrible. They're never in the office and when they are it's like they refuse to answer the phone. They're impossible to work with. The maintenance guy Brandon is awesome but besides that I would not recommend living here

I've lived here about a year and a half, and I can say I've only dealt with marijuana smoke in my windows. That's pretty mild compared to other apartment complexes I've seen. Kelsey and the maintenance staff are amazing. If we have a problem: they work to fix it right away. The apartments are spacious, and the air conditioning unit cools the entire house. The complex itself is very accessible and easy to navigate.
