Canyon Creek Apartments - Tucson, AZ

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. Its hard to put into words what a nightmare living in this apartment complex has been. Beyond a very dark negative energy on building 10, I moved into a roach infestation. I fought for months and months. Scheduling their professional sprays, 2 bombs, more sprays and follow ups, boric acid, my own poison gel, keeping the place spotless and nothing worked. Management did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They claimed no one else was complaining and "supposedly" ordered sprays for some apartments surrounding, not all. And did not order a bomb for any. I am the only one who went through living hell, trauma, my kids affected by roaches crawling on the pillow. And that is not all of it. Place was not ready to move in. My bathtub peeling within two days of moving here. Homeless camp out in the back at night and sitting on my steps at midnight unsafe place and unfriendly staff. Save money move elsewhere

Wanted to sign up for another year but they didn't seal the shower in the master bathroom for a year. Mold grows out of the shower constantly. They finally sent someone but all they did was seal the shower still filled with moisture and mold. They didn't treat the mold with bleach or use a dehumidifier. They just sealed the shower with mold inside the walls. They sent somebody to inspect for mold after they sealed the shower and he said they weren't going to do anything about it. He didn't take samples or do anything at all. Even though mold is already growing out of the seal they finally put on it. So now I'm living in an apartment with a wall filled with mold that you can smell in the living room. When this happens you have to rip out the shower and assess the damage but they are cheap

Came in with my husband and was helped by Lisa! She was super nice and we loved the apartment can't wait to get the ball rolling and get to moving in EDIT - We moved in last week and we had an awesome moving experience! Everything is literally perfect, I love the staff, and maintenance is great and helps us fix whatever issues we need fix. They're awesome and I'm happy we got to move on 🩷

I love my apartment, location, maintenance and up until this point have been fine with the office staff. I just got a notice on my door for a water can and plant soil when the neighbors above me have furniture and a recliner outside. Both of which do not have notices… FAIR HOUSING????. Where does it say in my lease that i cannot have a water can FOR MY PLANTS and soil on my patio because last i checked it doesn’t. I’m aggravated that this seems to be the communities priority when the hot tub doesn’t work and the pool is constantly unlocked even though we were promised key fobs, there’s cones all over the property and caution tape on the third floor of my building.
