Canyon Club Apartments

It's so nice to finally feel safe in my own yard!! When you see your neighbor and say hello you get back a hello!! Clean quiet so close to the strip yet nicely at a distance!!! Can't wait to get in that beautiful swimming pool!! Great work Canyon Club staff !!!! A huge thank you!!

Roxanne is a nice lady. Unfortunately the maintenance here is sub par. The heater doesn’t function in many complexes and every time they “fix” it, it only functions for a few hours and then shuts off. Then they send in the maintenance crew for them to “fix” it again, and the same thing happens. Meanwhile the tenants are living in cold apartments in the winter time. I can only imagine what it would be like in the summer if the A/C broke.

When I signed a lease for my Canyon Club apartment without seeing it first, I was a bit nervous. As an older single male making a big move from the Midwest to Las Vegas, it was a leap of faith. But now, after living here for three and a half months, I can confidently say it was a great decision! I've had a few maintenance requests, and the team has been fantastic. They always arrive the same day and fix any issues promptly. Walking my dogs through the community a couple of times a day has become a highlight. I always see a friendly security guard and the hardworking maintenance staff around, and it's heartwarming to see kids out playing and enjoying themselves. Roxann and Daisy were incredibly helpful during the move-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The month-to-month
