Canyon Bluffs

We've lived here for about 3 months now. So far, it's overwhelmingly been our favorite apartment complex in Spokane! Skyler was super helpful in getting us set up. The location is very ideal. Feels very safe, in a really nice wooded area a few minutes out of the city. Lots of sidewalks & paths for walking dogs. The amenities are awesome, too! I've never lived in an apartment complex with a hot tub and a sauna, and they're kept up in good condition. :) There is also a swimming pool in the summer, and an indoor racquetball court. The *only* con amidst a lot of pros right now is: the dog park. It is the primary drainage area for the apartment's vast sprinkler system. Meaning that half the park is occupied by a LARGE mud puddle that my dogs will inevitably frolic through. I rarely take my do

I lived here for 3 years and loved it. For reference my years were 2022-2025. The office staff is incredible, they were always willing to work with me on any questions I had. Same for the maintenance staff! Some of my friends (in different apartments) would complain about their landlords, and things being broken… I NEVER had to argue or fight for things to be fixed at Canyon Bluffs. I moved out of the area, so that’s the only reason I left the complex. I personally thought the rent was fair. Renting overall has become expensive in today’s world, but comparatively to other places I really do feel what I was getting charged was fair for the market. Canyon Bluffs has been a great experience for us. The office staff are attentive and responsive to requests, always cheerful. The maintenance crew are Awesome! Good at what they do and respectful of your time and home.

Extremely unhappy with this place. Some major things would be vehicles get broken into frequently and even drilled for fuel and they say its spokane nothing we can do... how about cameras 📷. Paper-thin walls you can hear everything next door and above you! When moving out we cleaned the apartment well even moved appliances and got behind them which they did not do for us when we moved in! Still was charged 5hrs for a 2bed unit from a company that does not exist. They claim to have mailed us a bill we never recieved and when asked if we owed anything as bilt was saying $0 we were told no. Now they sent a bill of $132 to collections what a scam. Would never recommend this place to anyone!! Only thing they have going for them is the pretty location they don't upkeep.

Maintenance guy was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind! We are extremely satisfied and thankful with our new kitchen faucet.
