My experience with Canvas Real Estate, specifically Danielle Soper was phenomenal! As a renter, I do NOT have the cleanest financial history but Danielle found what I was looking for in no time! I now rent a townhouse in the suburbs and best of all, Danielle stayed within my budget. She was always available and went the extra mile, but her greatest quality was transparency. It was a pleasure working with Canvas and I look forward to working with them when I purchase a home.

A Warning: Avoid Canvas Real Estate and Their Predatory Contract Policy ​I am writing this review to strongly advise any homeowner considering working with Canvas Real Estate to look elsewhere. Our experience was truly horrible, culminating in a deeply unethical and punitive cancellation process that cost us time and money. ​We were unhappy with their service for various reasons: - Poor communication - Lack of effective marketing strategies - No support from the firm We decided that continuing with them was counterproductive and asked for the agreed-upon contract cancellation. ​The Contract Hostage Tactic: ​The core of our terrible experience lies in their cancellation clause. I would just like to say that the communication is HORRIBLE!!!! They’re agents must be waking up at 12 in the afternoon cause that’s when they respond to emails. It’s ridiculous! They speed you through the walkthrough don’t really explain nothing and then question the urgency on why you want to move! Don’t mention anything regarding the community or what it offers! Very disappointed was really looking forward to the house we looked at but just experience alone just lost me!!

OBAIDA MOHL is absolutly horrid. Do not use her or this company if they still employee her! My partner is Jewish and she made us feel extremely uncomfortable with the way she shamed and spoke to us. She was extremely hateful and dismissive, possibly because of my partners necklace (a star). She has also been posting on Facebook horrid, hateful things. It shows on her Facebook she works for this company, which is hard to believe they would be okay with racism. Her lack of humanity is completely alarming and I could never ever buy or sell a house from someone who treated me and my fiance differently just for our religions. Hopefully canvas can do something about this because it’s quite alarming and terrifying.

They young man that took my order I think his name was Jouvency excellent customer service skills he took my order totally correct the other kid's that where playing around in the back just didn't care what they were doing I ordered a Half chicken dark with a chicken Caesar salad almost $25 i spent out of my pocket an was given a quarter chicken white meat that was old as heck everything was dry except for my Caesar salad witch was the only thing that I could enjoy had to threw the rest out because I couldn't eat that I couldn't turn around because I had an emergency but I knw I wouldn't be eating there again if I could give no star's I would of or a half of star to the young man that took my order
