Canterbury Woods Apartments

** DO NOT ** recommend living here. - The walls are "paper thin" so you'll hear your neighbors. - The bugs are BAD. They get into your bed, bathroom, living area, kitchen near your food!, in the laundry room etc. - There are no ceiling fans and barley any lighting. - cheap air filters and paint are used - The mail is so spotty. You either get it or it never shows up. - Items and packages get stolen A LOT. - Your water will be shut off during the day at least once a month to do " on going repairs". - The Oxidation from the cabinets is terrible making your food taste bad and your dishes and tubberware smell awful even after washing. - The office only responds depending on the matter it seems ( poor communication ) - Toilets get backed up causing potential bio hazard. The list goes on... A

Spacious Garden apartments, move in was easy and Staff(Karrina) were awesome. Maintenance was quick to address questions. Overall it has been a great experience, which is not common with moving from a 3 bedroom home to an apartment .

Hello, my name is Hayley. I have called the office and reported that the mold in my apartment has come back again and I have yet to see a maintenance man come fix it after Brian said they would. The issue is not being fixed as it has come back every few months after you come out to “fix” it by spraying over it instead of replacing the fan which seems to be causing the problem. We shower with the fan on every time we shower, we leave the door open and rinse the shower before we leave the room. This is not right. This has been happening the whole two years I’ve lived here. Do not move here

The management is awesome. We never had a problem getting someone to fix anything. A month after I moved in, my dog passed away. When I informed the office (so they wouldn't keep charging me the monthly pet rent) they gave me a partial refund on the pet deposit. These guys are awesome and I only moved because of my job.

Quiet area at night and weekends. Low crime area. Largest apartment for the money. I have had great response from management for any issues that needed attention. Neighbors are pretty decent. Wished they were more approachable. Management is available every day at the office. Had no pests whatsoever in my place. Overall, is a very good apartment. Landscaping could be prettier, but we'll see this spring. Built in the '70's, but at least my building is well cared for.
