Canterbury Downs Apartments

I can’t express how happy we are to have chosen Canterbury Downs as our first home in CA. Nick and Ed made the process so easy and painless. Which says A LOT. We moved from FL and completed everything over the phone and online. They were so patient with me through alllllll of my questions and always took the next call with enthusiasm. They have been just as friendly in person now that we are here and settled in. The community is well kept and quiet with friendly neighbors. We are a 10 minute drive of everything! Shopping, dining, entertainment, everything we could possibly need is super close by. It's not super luxurious, but our unit was recently renovated and is very nice with everything we need to start our lives in CA in comfort. Definitely recommend!

Update: probably will be my last one for awhile but I just have to say how amazing this complex at maintenance requests. Literally get everything done the same day as you report it (within reason of course). This is the first place ive ever lived at that goes out of their way to CALL you after you EMAIL them a request. Literally called me the same day to inform me its been addressed! Who does that?! This is absolutely amazing. I've never felt before like the management truly cares. And ive lived in 10 apartments in the last 12 years. So I know what im talking about. I am loving this place and probably will be staying here for a very long time. I very rarely write reviews. But this is a special case. We have been living in this apartment for more than a year and I can give an objective assessment. I would like to mention the work of the apartment managers Angela and Gerardo. They are very attentive and helpful staff. You can contact them with any question, and they will solve it very quickly. They will find an approach to each person. Even after the time has passed, do they check if everything is in order? We really like this attitude. We highly recommend our Canterbury Downs complex. We could not be happier here! Property is immaculate, quiet, peaceful and residents are very friendly. Angela and Gerardo are so wonderful, helpful and responsive and maintenance is very timely and accurate. They made our move in so easy and made us feel welcome from the first time we met them.
