NEW MANAGER WONT DO NOTHING , It’s Unsafe, Dirty, and Poorly Managed Community, THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!! I’ve lived here for 9 years, and this place has gone completely downhill. What looks like a nice place until you step in Dog Poop that’s every where, it looks like a quiet, nice community from the outside is the complete opposite on the inside you hear everything in each tenants apartment. You hear them talking and playing loud music . Then banging all hours of the night hard for kids to sleep because of the constant loud disturbance all night long . Tommy the maintenance guy is very helpful. Since I moved in a few months ago, he’s always been great. A few days ago when I called for emergency maintenance because it was cold outside and late in the night, he came right over and was genuinely concerned about my kids staying warm. That meant a lot to me. He is definitely one of the best!

Nastaja gave us a tour and helped us out with all of the info needed before applying to the apartments. She was so kind and beyond helpful! The area is quiet and calm and I'm very hopeful we'll be able to move in soon.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Alberto and Jonathan. The maintenance team here has always been exceptional, even when Victor was part of the team. Their professionalism and reliability do not go unnoticed. I also had the opportunity to meet the new manager today, and she seems very kind and positive.. I truly feel hopeful about her leadership. As tenants, we have experienced many challenges living with different Management and it wasn’t pleasant at all here at Canterbury Cove and I feel very optimistic that with new management will be a good change to our community will move toward with a more peaceful, healthy, and well-regulated environment. On Thursday, October 16th, I called the leasing office because I was interested in transferring to a larger three-bedroom apartment. I spoke with an employee named Gabriel, who said he would check with the manager and call me back. He never did. The next day, I called again and received no response. Later, I stopped by the office before closing, and by 5:30 p.m., the doors were already locked. When I finally managed to speak with Gabriel again, he repeated the same thing — that he would speak with the manager and call me back — but never followed through.
