Canterbury Court Apartments

Currently entering the application process. We have visited the property twice, the property itself is well maintained, during both showings we noticed that maintenance seems to be very capable and diligent in their work. The property is a direct affect of that. It is clean, and secured. The residents all seemed friendly and acknowledgable of their neighbors, which is always a plus in any community. The children in the community all seem to have a sense of security running to the front office for candies and greeting of the staff. Anyplace a child feels safe is a definite green flag.The front staff have helped sincerely and patiently with our application process. Willing to answer all of our odd questions and statements. We are hopeing to join this community, and will be able to update our

I attended the fall festival yesterday at the property. I had a great time they were very welcoming.

Just moved in it was a pleasure to meet Jocelyn and the manager Denise. They were wonderful in helping me and answering all my questions it was an easy process.

If you guys visit this property very clean the young lady Jocelyn very knowledgeable on every question I had.

I am so happy to prove this property is the best one i have ever lived in , Denise the manager is very profesional and jocelyn always helps me alot. Very nice ladies and maintnance on point always on 100%
