Canterbury Apartments

The maintenance supervisor, Daniel, is absolutely wonderful. He has gone above and beyond each time we have had an issue in our apartment and is extremely kind and caring. You can tell that he really cares about the quality of the work he is doing! Also, happy 40th birthday to him!

I just moved into Canterbury Apartments and have had a very positive experience so far. Savannah was great to work with throughout the process and communication has been excellent. I had one small maintenance issue after moving in, and the team responded super quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here.

Very joyful , the environment screams calm and collective . I think her make is Courtney who gave me a tour I forgot got she is very sweet she did an amazing job showing us around the places and going in about everything and explaining details . Also the 2 bed and 2 bed is very amazing , it’s big , spacey and everything .

The maintenance at Canterbury Apartments is great. Josh is very nice and keeps his word about finishing a job. Recently our dryer went out. He ordered a new part. Noiced that the hot water hose of our washer was falling about and cleaned the lint build up that was coming out of the dryer. I really appreciate that for sure. It was a kinda worry for me. Thanks for getting it all done for us especially during the holiday time.

Upstairs toilet cracked and cause a leak in my apartment. Josh W. came and explained each step to me (2 day process). He was friendly while he worked and dud a good job on repairs. Very happy.
