We have been living here for 4 years and we a really love our place here! is very safe; you can reach the leasing office and request help very easily, the pool is amazing! my kids have lots of fun every summer! The apartments are spacious! You will love living here!!!

I would not recommend living here. When my apartment flooded due to a major water break from the unit above, management failed to provide the necessary support or care that a resident should expect in such a serious situation. Most of my personal belongings were damaged, and the unit was left in disarray as ceilings, drywall, and carpets were torn out. Instead of helping me with temporary accommodations or even basic guidance, management left me to handle the chaos on my own—while I was recovering from surgery and under doctor’s orders to avoid physical strain. The problems here go beyond my own unit. Flooding, water shutoffs, and building maintenance issues are common. The fact that another water leak was discovered in the same building only adds to my concern that the property is poorl

Do not waste your hard-earned money on this place. They are outright dishonest and operate in a way that feels like a complete scam. I lived there for almost five years, maintained the apartment in excellent condition. Yet when I moved out, they shamelessly kept my entire security deposit and had the audacity to send me a ridiculous bill claiming I owed them more. They pile on unnecessary charges, unreasonable parking fees, etc and constantly hike up the rent every year. It feels like they look for every possible way to squeeze more money out of tenants. As for the manager, Kristine Powers, the least talked about her the better very unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to stay far away.

We have been living at this apartments for about 3 months. Everything was great in the beginning but a month or so, we experienced issues of leaking in our laundry area. I placed a ticket for them to come fix that and maintenance answered that there was no issue. The leak continued and I called the emergency line. This kept going back and forth with them for weeks. Finally the leakage was addressed upstairs and eventually it stopped but it smelled mildew and humid. Please see pictures for reference. Then we noticed black spots in a corner of our bedroom. We had placed a piece of furniture there so we did not notice at first how bad it was.
