UNINHABITABLE: Do NOT Rent Here—Severe Maintenance & Security Failures PLEASE BE WARNED: The promises made by Canopy Glen are worthless, even with a thousand-dollar incentive. This property is a nightmare of unresolved maintenance issues and security failures. RUN. MAINTENANCE & HABITABILITY FAILURES EXTREME HVAC Broken: The A/C unit was broken all summer, and I expect the heat will fail in winter. Leaking Ceiling & Mold: I have significant ceiling leaks when it rains. Maintenance only "fixed" it by repeatedly spraying the leaks with spray paint, which is utterly unacceptable. Pest Infestation: Roaches are visible outside the front door and on the patio. I have had to hire my own Pest Control because the management-provided service is ineffective. Wow. Nice place, good people doing what they can do. This is a huge complex to deal with; I've been to at least 40 different apartments around Atlanta, and Mrs.Mendez, Lupe, and the other staff members here do what they can keeping things running properly. Some of the reviews I see here from the last couple of months..include "accidental mistruths" if we're being generous. As the regular pest control guy, I know I'm "slow" and "do too much" a lot of times..yet there's a review saying I only knock once and run.

Repeatedly they have tried to get extra money out of us by saying we owed 1700 instead of the greed upon amount of 1500 that we signed our lease for. Then once that's been paid, they will put a note on your door saying you owe an extra $30 in the hopes you can't pay it and they can charge you the $250 fee for being late. The apartments are roach infested, it takes days to get someone in to fix anything, they barely understand any English, the management is never in the office, the pools are full of broken glass, the weight room is disgusting, the gates don't work every two weeks. This place is terrible and I strongly recommend you do not move here unless absolutely necessary. If it is a must, then sign for the shortest lease available. I hate this place and hope they are condemned.

Worst place ever I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. I have issues from The day I moved in. I did the walk-through and the unit was nowhere near livable. Line door on the patio was not locked. Wide-open did not have a lock on it. The apartment was very dusty. They had not dusted nor clean the unit. I was forced to move in on a date that I was not ready to move in. Was the unit ready for me to move in? I gave them my money. They had to credit for some days because I refuse to live there without having these issues fixed. I lived in the unit for less than six months and asked to be taken out of my lease without being penalized. I went on vacation came off my vacation and there was a roof leak. I really wish i didn't move here, This community has a poor upkeep, We had management send an email regarding pressure washing the breeze way, still hasn't done that! You'll be fighting spider webs getting to your unit... They never answer the phones!, but they'll get u in but after that its horrible, There's a reason why they have so many empty units on there website. , They have these broken appliances in the homes, But there sales pitch... "oh we have a washer and dryer in the unit"... but the washer and dryer dont even work old and used, its like they got them from a junk yard and use there maintenance guys to fix it!, AND here's the kicker u cant even pay rent with a one time payment online its either you pay your rent using autopay or ha
