Canopy at Belfort Park

The Canopy at Belfort has been great so far -for the price, this place genuinely feels like a resort getaway. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool area and common spaces are beautifully done, and everything is clean ,pest free, and well-maintained. What surprised me most was how incredibly quiet it is—despite being right near a busy area ,and the staff is so friendly and accommodating - Rachel at the front desk is the KINDEST person! , the few times weve needed maintenance it got treated as a top priority . Great value, great vibes, and ill definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I have finished my first month at Canopy Park and wanted to wait until the end to give my first thoughts. As with every apartment or apartment complexes, there were issues moving in, but every issue was taken care of. Quiet neghborhood and quiet complex and a spacious apartment. Thankful to have found this spot.

Maintenance takes months to look at issues and twice as long to fix anything, the property manager does not respond to emails in a timely manner or at all, and there is a cockroach infestation in the majority of the apartments which should not even be an issue considering the residence must pay a monthly pest fee. My partner and I have lived here for 2 years (in an 2 bedroom with roommates for 13 months and in a 1 bedroom for 7 months) and have had issues constantly with communication. Sadly, we are still residents and are living in a cockroach infested apartment. We had to hire professional cleaners out of our own pockets to get the apartment livable and in an attempt to prevent us both getting sick. I’ve had a good experience living here so far. The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly and efficiently. The community itself is quiet and feels safe, and the amenities are a nice bonus. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run apartment community.

Rachel was amazing and super helpful! She made sure to accommodate all of my needs and answered all of the questions I had.
