I live here and have to say that management, maintenance personnel and neighbors are awesome. I've lived here for two years, & I feel a sense of a good watchful community, and that is very important for the children & families that are here. Beautiful apartments! I come from a very bad part of Texas, let me tell you the negative reviews here come from people that have never faced true crime or never seen true bad neighborhoods. This place is luxury! Amazing people,very friendly and family oriented. It's just my dad and I ( I take care of him ) and my dad absolutely feels safe and I love it here! much to do around here, near the zoo, near many restaurants,and no high crime rate . In the NW side, Near Castle Hills so you know it's away from a lot of the hustle and bustle drama of San Antonio. The manager Vera is amazing. Great place for family or the loner like me lol highly recommend

What more can I say about this place. This is the first place I've ever reviewed that didn't get better each time I reviewed it. This place is in dire need of a severe makeover. Where that last sentence ended was my last review of this pig stye...This time if nothing is done because of The review I'm about to give them I will organize,march,protest or whatever needs to be done will be done because they have outdone themselves this time. My daughter who has lived here for quite some time has just gone through one thing after another with this very poor excuse for a Manager and her wannabe maintenance workers.Now for the past month my daughter has needed very badly for her children's commode to be fixed or replaced but every time she ask for the manager to pleas

A elder is being harassed by a neighbors guest who isn’t on the lease things got physical reports have been made and a elder is trying to define herself over a non Resident that’s on drugs and no one is listening housing rules clearly say people are responsible for who comes to their home management is related to the non resident and is allowing all this craziness drugs aren’t allowed in home with housing this is super sad and it’s all management !!!! There are alot of lose cats but there are not people who live in tents here but I have lived here since I was 5 years old there might be leaking here and there but ther is not much the manager can do but what she can do is ask her maintenance people to get to it when there are done doing thing they already asked to do so I say don't take other people's advice and not the rating and to come check it out by your self and who ever else you have with you every Friday if you have a kid after they get off the bus from school will get a popsicle the manager is an nice lady.
