Good luck trying to become a prospective tenant! Been reaching out for over a week with promise emails to follow up and return my call, to no avail. Never even bothered to submit my application to the co-sign service nor have they bothered to follow up. Absolutely terrible communication and wouldn’t recommend.

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience here was bad enough that I feel like people should know what to expect. I lived here for about 10 months and ended up leaving early and paying the termination fee. Noise was a constant problem. The neighbor next door played loud music regularly, and after getting a dog it became even harder to sleep. I reported this multiple times, but nothing changed. There were also loud pool parties that went late and disrupted the community. On top of that, the property wasn’t well maintained. Trash in common areas, mold issues, and overall poor upkeep were ongoing problems. Management didn’t seem responsive or willing to enforce basic community standards. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Decent place to live if you don’t mind your neighbors being allowed to throw parties, scream and yell at all hours of the day and night and leave messes everywhere. Don’t bother contacting office staff as they will do nothing. Better to rent elsewhere as the rent here is thousands of dollars a month just to be subjected to the incessant sounds of your neighbors.
