Candlewood Suites Lincoln by IHG

Lovely room with adequate space, bed was soft and ample pillows. AC worked great and the blankets kept me nice and warm in my chilly room. No continental breakfast but they do have a room thats like a mini grocery store that you can go and purchase items. Also have a lending corner that has board games and some fun stuff for guests.

Do NOT stay here there was mold in the dishwasher of my room and when I told the manager she told me i was making stuff up! So gross... not to mention the over night person was so rude and was watching me as if I was some criminal when I was getting stuff from my car. Me and my coworkers will never stay here again

Manager is a creep and is never at the desk- all she does is hit on me or I have to sit and wait since she's always outside smoking which you would think a business wouldn't want there loby smelling like smoke but it just radiates off of her. And she is always on her personal phone talking to who knows complaining about I'm assuming staff which her staff i met are better than her and more professional.

Older hotel, inexpensive. Our stay was interrupted by multiple maintenance issues, air conditioning, electrical, etc. The staff there did a fantastic job quickly addressing the problems and getting our room fixed up for our stay. They were professional and courteous. Ana the front desk clerk and Johnny the very polite and energetic maintenance man were both over the top helpful.

The staff accommodated our early arrival to be able to dress for a wedding. We were offered our points. I was unaware of these so the host explained it to me. We then went to our room and were very happy at the size of the room and the bathroom. I do really look to make sure everything is clean and well kept. This room was exemplary. The bed was perfect. Wishes we could have taken it with us.
