Yolanda was my leasing agent. She was great to work with. She answered all the questions I had, and was professional, and fun to work with. She made what could've been a stressful apartment hunt into an enjoyable experience. Can't say enough good things about her. Great experience overall!

Yolanda was great! Moved in within a week, super helpful and definitely had a positive attitude she’s definitely your girl if you need stuff to get done asap. If I were to do it again it would be her!

Candlewood is a very charming community and their leasing staff is top tier. Mary showed me around and was very upfront about EVERYTHING in the process. She helped me find the perfect fit for me and went above and beyond with recommendations for local food, shopping, events, etc. She made this process the easiest possible transition to a brand new area for me. I’ve been living at Candlewood Apartments since March 20 25 and I’m grateful to say I haven’t had any issues during my time here. The community is quiet well maintained and truly feels like Home. management has been incredibly helpful and responsive. I want to extend a sincere, thank you to Michelle, Roxanne, Mary and Yolanda anytime I’ve had concern. I’ve been addressed promptly and professionally. I’m genuinely pleased to be a resident here and appreciate the care dedication shown by the team.
