Candlewood Apartment Homes

We have been living here for over a month and we love it here. we don't want to ever move again! the office staff, Danielle is wonderful and the maintenance staff is amazing and always on top of work requests (Better than our old place where it would take them months or even years to complete) you put in a request and they are there same day or within a day given thier schedules. the apartments are really nice and super updated (again better than our old place)

Been living at Candlewood for about 3 months, and so far have been satisfied. Danielle, the property manager, is friendly and was extremely helpful during the touring/lease signing process. I love that management is reachable by text, and always responds promptly. The units are fairly spacious, and in pretty good shape for the age/price. every unit has a patio/balcony which is nice, and there are very few shared walls with neighbors. I wish there was a fenced dog run area, however there is a “trail/walkway” surrounding the perimeter of the property for dog walking. Maintenance requests are always answered quickly and Stan is a great handyman. Neighborhood seems pretty quiet and friendly. Love how close it is to everything in canandaigua without being right in the middle of downtown.

I love living at Candlewood Apartments. It's off the main street so it's fairly quiet but also close to stores which is very convenient. Danielle (the property manager) , Bobby (the maintenance) and the new helper are all very nice and right on it for fixing anything that needs it. My dad's emotional therapy dog even loves all three of them and she doesn't like anyone!

This is the best experience I have ever had renting. From the application process, to moving in. The Property Manager, Danielle is right on top of everything. Maintenance gets things done in a timely manner. Never had to wait in anything. I would highly recommend Candlewood for a great renting experience.

Danielle is great. Always personable and easy to communicate with. Bobby & the maintenance team are top notch as well! They do a great job keeping the DLH property looking as nice as it can!
