Candle Park West Townhomes

I unfortunately cannot recommend living here if you have pets. We know two other individuals who also lived here with pets and had this same experience. We were charged thousands of dollars to replace a carpet that had no urine damage, but because there were some stains only visible under black light, they claimed that they had to replace the carpets entirely. Really disappointing and the manager would not back down. We would have cleaned the carpets professionally prior to check out, but the management offered to schedule it for us post-check out. However, after the check-out, they did not bother to go through with cleaning to see if it lifted the stains and we were charged nearly $4,000.

I've been living here, for nearly three years now. While these are nice townhomes, two stars were removed, for the ever increasing rent! I can't believe it! Before the pandemic, the rates were steady and stable, but now, they keep upping the rent each year, due to inflation. The good part, is that maintenance is on top of any repairs, that are needed. It's a safe and quiet place here at Beaver Creek.

This is a Great place to live. The homes are great size and very quiet. Any Neighbor noise is usually not heard thru the walls. This helps make things quiet and can give you privacy. The off street parking is great and appreciated. Two Garages for plenty of space and protection for your vehicle against the weather. Beautiful Gardens are centered in the middle of each building grouping. This gives a great place for kids to safely play or just relax out in a lawn chair. Homes are well insulated and this helps keep bills low. Helps keep warm in the winter and Nice and cool in the summer. Excellent Maintenance response and the Management is very kind and helpful. Great walking distance to Shopping (Mall, Grocery, Entertainment, etc)

Pretty nice place. Good location close to the mall. The courtyard is fun for kids and pets. Central air and heating is WONDERFUL! The price is a little much for the square footage that you get plus you pay your own utilities. Also not much for parking if you have three vehicles. Single stall garage is pretty tight if you have to get kids in and out. Management is nice and helped with any issues we had with our unit. Overall nice place. Just not super excited about the $ per space ratio

The overall look to the townhouses is nothing but impressive. The courtyard is fun for neighbors to let their dogs run together, while dealing with parking the three cars we have with two designated spaces is more than easy. This is a great place depending on your sleep/work schedule. I have a job that requires me up and out my door by 6am twice a week. Other than that I can sleep in until 9am. Unfortunately, in these buildings, I am always awake by seven almost every day do to one out of three circumstances. In the summer I wake up to the sound of a lawn mower's loud buzzing directly outside my window at 7am. If I am able to block out the sound, then the sight of men with gardening sheers outside my window is enough to wake me up with a shock. If you are lucky enough to have a window ne
