I would like to formally express my concern regarding the management of the property located at 480 West 28th St, Hialeah. Ms. Yesy consistently creates conflicts with tenants and, on multiple occasions, has removed tenants from the property without clear or justified reasons. Property management should be based on fairness, communication, and professionalism — not on creating a hostile or tense environment. It is concerning to see tenants being targeted or forced out without proper cause. A review of this situation would be appropriate in order to understand what is truly happening and to prevent further unjust treatment of tenants. Effective management requires respect, transparency, and accountability.

Do not rent here. You will have your rent increased $50 unexpectedly for no reason. If you question it they will give you a ridiculous reason. You are parking your car on the grass so you have to pay for a monthly decal now. But when you refer to the lease it states no parking on common ground. It states nothing about parking decals. So this woman decides to impose an additional $50 a month without prior communication or discussion about this. If you question her beware as she is vindictive. You will be terminated for whatever reason she invents in her sick. She needs to be evaluated medically. I feel really bad for the canal management employees. The way she speaks to the staff and maintenance employees she belittles them. Hope they all get new jobs with a decent boss. This woman has mas

First and foremost wanna say thank you to Lisa the property manager for helping me and guiding me through. Keep in mind this was the first time I opened my first business out here in Florida. I’m originally from Newark New Jersey🙏🏽💪🏽I bin here 8 years already in this property and if I have any issues or concerns I call Lisa and she gets things done ✔️ I love it here ,I feel safe ,I NEVER HAD anything taken or broken or anything in that nature. But with that being said I love it here and I’m very thankful for Daniels canal and staff for the opportunity 🙏🏽 looking forward for my more years in this business and in gods name 🫡
