Canaan creates a beautifully designed, energy efficient home with high quality materials. It’s built for open spaces, lots of light and simple lines. Sam has maintained a relationship with us well beyond the purchase of our home and swings by when we have the occasional question or minor repair. He takes pride in the quality of his work and the relationships with his buyers. If we ever outgrow this home, we’ll definitely build another with Sam.

I bought this home about six months ago after an extensive search for modern homes in the Austin area. What I found was a builder that not only builds homes but creates works of art. Unique architectural features throughout the home truly makes it spectacular. Most impressive has been the collaborative spirit during the building process. This collaboration between me and the builder has continued even after the completion of the home. It has resulted in a high-quality product with attention to detail. In summary, I would highly recommend this builder.

I like how they Design the space and bring day lights. The kitchen is so great.
