Campus Walk Apartments

I am overly excited to say that my tour went great with Liam. I was able to tour my desired apartment everything looks just like the photos. Great layout , very professional and Liam has a vibrant spirit. So excited to be moving on really soon .

The front manager was amazing!!! Liam was friendly knowledgeable and treated you like a friend from the start. Over all amazing experience and definitely looking forward to applying here!

I meant to the greatest guys when I filled out application for campus walk they were very respectful they were very attentive and they understood my situation and they were very polite and they were on the job it never took long for them to get back to me and I just want to say thank you so much from the bottom of my heart

Campus Walk has NOT been Great. My first apartment was 90° every day because apparently the structure of the roof wasn’t built to keep 3rd floor apartments very cool. I was unaware until I moved in..my electricity bill was through the roof and then when I was finally moved, the water tank above burst and flooded my new unit. Constant problems and I’ve only been here 3 months I honestly feel it needs to be shut down or fully renovated! For 900 a month it’s really not worth it. But HUGE shoutout to Justin and Carson from maintenance! When my apartment flooded after the water tank above busted, they came right away and jumped in to fix it. Justin woke up out his sleep and drove 30 minutes to come when he got the call at 10pm and stayed till 4am untill the carpet company came to get all the w

Fire occurred in the bottom apartment all the smoke went up through my apartment. Horrible. Apartment was unlivable. They tried to hold me to my lease. Had to take legal action to get out. Stay away. Please cheap isn’t worth ur life or legal fees.
