Campus Pointe Apartments

My 11 year old daughter, my husband and myself moved into Campus pointe apartments October, 2025! We got a two bed one bath and it’s really nice here!! The front staff are amazing in December, 1st I was only able to pay close to 700$ on rent I still owed over 100$ on rent and they are so sweet, they worked with me and my husband! We paid the remainder rent a week later and they wasn’t rude or anything!! I would definitely recommend anybody to move in here!! They are very respectful and our neighbors they are respectful and not loud at all!

Two things. 1) theyre paying for reviews. They literally offered us money off rent to give them a good review. They also threatened the leases of my neighbors who left negative reviews or called the housing authority over things like my next point. 2) they gave us bedbugs. They were cleaning out an abandoned unit and left this disgusting mattress against our units front wall while the maintenance people went to lunch, after which we had a bedbug infestation. Which they then refused to treat in any way. Spent months not doing anything. So we left when our lease.expired about 3 ml.ths later. At which point, they billed *US* to treat the apartment. In addition, this is the 3rd time I've had to post this.

I moved in here May of 2024 and the place is great. I have a really nice two bedroom two bath apartment. All the staff here are great. The ladies that work in the office are amazing and anytime there's an issue that comes up they respond to me immediately. In the maintenance man Jose really goes out of his way to keep the place clean and to fix any issues that come up. A few months ago during the heavy rain season there was a small leak in the roof that caused some damage to my master bedroom ceiling I reported the issue and Jose had it fixed within 2 days. The community is very quiet and everyone around seems really friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Do not live here if you flood like the four times I did end up with mold black mold at that as a maintenance engineer very ! much know it when I'm looking at it. Including a big huge rat which was regularly stealing food and objects from under my sink and this was a true rat it's till was over 6 in long the rat itself was huge. The last time it flooded it froze 4 in to water up to my ankles that I was shoveling out till 5:00 in the morning I was frozing all the way up to my hips. It destroyed a lot of my art and other precious things that can't be replaced via rent insurance. I went ahead did the right thing because I wanted a good reference in sent them a notice via first class through the mail one month before I was due to vacate letting them know that I was vacating due to this All my r
