Campostella Commons Apartments

Hi my name Lolita Edwards and I been out out here for the last 4years and I've had the worstest experience out here.You can't cookout,you can't decorate yo yard you can't put no chairs on yo porch you can't park after 5o clock or yo car will be towed my daughter car got towed my family don't even want to visit.But what really got me was wen I had to remove my trespassing sign just ridiculous been trying to move for years I'm so tired and the list goes on the only reason I stay cause the manager is nice it's not her it the cooperate office Lawson this is there rules I'ma good resident but I just can't take nomore hopefully by next year I will be gone so who eva trying toove out here think again

1st off all…my rent office team is better than yours! So, I moved into my apartment at the end of January 2023 and from the time I walked in to apply and every visit I’ve made to the office thereafter Erica has been EXCEPTIONAL. Personable. Patient. Professional. Period! Our maintenance team is timely and friendly. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. I absolutely love it here 🥰

Even though, I haven't moved in yet. I had to share this message to the Property Manger, Office Team and to the Maintenance Staff of Campostella Commons Apartments, on a job well done!!! You all have gone above and beyond, taking care of the Community and all the tenants needs. Ms. Holloway, is one of the tenants there, who is a Uber / Lift Driver, that spoke highly of each and everyone of you!!! She even spoke about the friendliness, quietness and cleanliness there. I got so excited like I was already living there!!! All the way home I couldn't wait to check it out for myself!!! Oh boy, was she right!!! I have looked at so many places, but they didn't look nothing like this!!! Last but not least, the five stars and comments are breath taking!!! I never seen anything like it!!! I truly ho

It’s been 3 years and Ms.Erica still remains solid and patient with a smile, always saying hello and remembers everybody’s name. Also keep in mind that the yard stays nice and clean with fresh mulch here and there, they crew be on it.

The Place is nice and quiet, but I would like to see some changes on the property. The sidewalks. Need to be fixed because it's a trip hazard, It needs to be a gated community and Residents that currently live here needs a code or pin number to enter in the complex. If a resident is expecting a visitor the office needs to be notified first. Everyone needs to have an assigned parking space. Other than that it's a nice place to live.
