Me and my sister commuted all the way from the Bronx to Middle Village in Queens to look at a 2 bedroom apt. As soon as the broker saw us he said that he thought it was for 1 person and proceeded to ignore us in such a rude way. He then told our broker that he will not consider our application because we were two women and women get pregnant and have kids which means more people in the apartment (…). He didn't hear us out or cared to know our combined income, credit scores and what should actually be considered for an apartment application. Definitely not a way to treat customers especially after coming from such a long commute. This is NYC and a person's time is valuable. Trust the reviews! And Lou Campione parks his pickup truck on the sidewalk almost daily, blocking the entire sidewalk which is illegal and violates the ADA Act. He has no regard for others who have to go into the very busy street with baby strollers and wheelchairs to get around his vehicle. So dangerous and selfish!

Bogdana is the most funniest, persuasive broker I've ever met. She has been incredibly patient with us, (waiting over an hour to meet us two days in a row) I'm extremely grateful, we got an apartment and was able to meet such a happy, smiling person.

One of their agents Hanna Kawecki, is a nightmare to work with. She kept rescheduling our appointments to view apartments, then when we finally agreed on a place and time, I get to the apartment and call her and she starts screaming that I cancelled the appointment on her. Completely insane and unethical. I will never recommend her to anyone.

Went to go look at an apartment everything was going well she ( Hanna ) told us a price , we agreed on everything was told to come to her office at a specified time , we got there filled out paper work when we’re signing on the price it all of a sudden changes & becomes $100 more , while it might not be a big deal for some , considering I have a new baby that new raised price is a big deal for my family , very unprofessional on her end , I didn’t end up signing it was a big waste of time , definitely wouldn’t recommend as she didn’t even offer any other apartments . I should have listened to other reviews & not even have bothered contacting this realtor .
