Absolutely would not recommend. We’ve only been here a few months in a brand new home. None of the repairs are being done. There’s a lot of electrical work that needs to be done on this home. The tile floors are coming up, the toilet is peeling, the smart mirrors don’t work, the walls are cracking, there is an electrical issue with the outlet under the sink so you can use your garbage disposal and dishwater at the same time. The builder they work with NEVER FIXES ANYTHING, he just comes by to look. They build these house ENTIRELY TOO FAST!! It’s shocking how they past inspection. And don’t even think about coming to look at a new home here, you will leave with a flat tire with the amount of nails we find on the road daily and tires we spend over $1000 a month replaces.
