This is my second year at Camino Flats and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. My roommates and I (all 3 of us are women) have never felt unsafe in the complex and I actually really like the vibe here. It’s always clean and the courtyards are a nice spot to hangout or study at. In my unit specifically, we never had any issues with water leakage/damage. Any issues we did have were quickly taken care of by management or maintenance, Marla and Coco have been awesome. I truly feel cared for as a resident, especially compared to other student housing experiences I’ve heard my friends go through. I’d recommend Camino Flats to any student.

Overall it was a nice flat for the price. The flat is not far from the university and there are some restaurants nearby. The rooms are old in some areas (maybe some have water leakage problems), but overall it is acceptable. The attitude and speed of handling by the service team is great! But it's not perfect. For example, the delivery sometimes had trouble getting into the building, and the surrounding buildings (710 W 28th St and San Pedro St) were sometimes noisy. In summary, this was a good fit for my budget and personal needs. (The above is a personal opinion and does not provide any advice on choices.)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE. I’ve been living in this 2B2B apartment( Camimo Flats) for a while now, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rent is super affordable for what you get - spacious rooms, great amenities, and excellent maintenance service. Whenever there’s even a small issue, the maintenance team shows up incredibly fast and even sends real-time updates on your phone if you’re not at home. They’re professional and genuinely trustworthy. The community itself is very peaceful - no traffic noise, clean surroundings, and a cozy common area with a barbeque and fireplace that’s perfect for weekend evenings. It’s also a gated community with a mobile gate-pass system, which adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. Each apartment is fully equipped w

I’ve lived here for almost two years, and I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. DO NOT MOVE IN unless you’re okay with constant water leaks whenever it rains (or even when it doesn’t—yes, really). I’ve been dealing with this for two months, and despite the ongoing issue, they never offered to move me to another unit or let me break my lease. Their only response? ‘You should just keep living in this condition!’ I’m moving out soon (even though they’re trying to make it difficult), but I really hope no one else has to go through the same suffering I have. Seriously. On top of that, people frequently enter the apartment by climbing over doors. I had a disturbing experience and asked if there were security cameras, but they told me there aren’t any. S

I lived here for a year with one other roommate. This was the best complex I lived in while in college. Management, Marla specifically, was very kind and helpful all the time. Move in/out was easygoing. The air conditioning was the only trouble we had and it was repaired immediately. The building complex is older, so the ceilings do have some water damage repairs. Luckily, we never had any problems in our unit. Expect loud music from the fraternity across the street; however, that is everywhere in West campus. All of our neighbors were extremely nice and respectful. Pest control came often so we rarely had any insects. My roommate and I (both women) always felt safe living here! Close restaurants, bars, and entertainment that were walking distance. Wish I found Camino Flats years before!
