I’ve had a very disappointing experience working with this company, particularly with my landlord, Kelly. From the day I moved in, my apartment was not cleaned, and both the stove and microwave were broken. Since then, I’ve dealt with multiple maintenance problems. Most recently, I developed an infestation in my apartment and reached out repeatedly — calls and texts — with almost no response. On the one occasion I did reach Kelly, she was rude and made it clear she didn’t feel obligated to help or even communicate. This has been the most unresponsive and unprofessional landlord experience I’ve ever had.
